Vets Plus, Inc., Menomonie, WI, has added David Sands to its leadership team as director of operations. Mr. Sands will be responsible for process improvements to implement new methods for productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
 
In his previous role at New French Bakery, Mr. Sands was responsible for managing a multi-million dollar expansion of the bakery while reducing waste and increasing productivity. He also has experience working in a health operation as a manager at Nestle-Health Science from 2006 to 2013.
